For anyone meeting a similar issue, here is how to troubleshoot.
If you have no apps listed as shown here, this means the appstore hasn’t been downloaded so this is certainly an issue while reaching the appstore repository, on Github.
You should find more details by looking in the Runtipi logs: Settings → Logs
Most of time this a DNS issue on your host system.
